This place is about five acres of dense plantations with one end on the East Coast main road and the other on the beach.

The indoor halls, Kalyan 1, 2 & 3 and Prem, can accommodate from 30 to 200 participants in total comfort. The massive lush green Lawns can hold at least 1000 people for any kind of socio-cultural gatherings. The proximity of the beach along the sea further opens up options for fun and games.
